“Absolutely love this hotel. We always get the same room/suite so spacious with the balcony and rain shower and therapeutic bath. Great value for the price. Room was very clean. A lot of black debri came out of the hot tub when it self-cleaned after my bath which was a bit weird and gross but i suppose it can happen. Parking is spacious and esy access to hotel. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Super close to restaurants and stores and the zoo! Will go back! Annie”

“The place was not very clean, as we found a ant problem, the bathroom floor was dirty especially in the cornors, I did take a video of the room to be safe that I was not charge extra on my visa, referring to damage fees.”

“There is nothing not to like! A beautiful area with lots of great roads and trails for walking, hiking, cycling and mountain biking. The breakfast was also excellent, rooms were well laid out, we had the kitchenette so prepared most of our meals in our room. There’s a pool, hot tub and a sauna, with fire tables at night. “The hotel has been in existence since 1849 and there is definitely a charm to it! I didn’t know there was no elevator when booking and my mum who is elderly had trouble to climb many stairs. The gentleman at reception (Gabriel) was so very helpful to us to and it was a relief to me and mum. We were there overnight but very happy to have been at the charming hotel. It is smack in the small town which was ideal.”
